In-house Capability - Manufacturing
Ardmore's in-house capability enables us to keep more of our projects under our direct control, ensuring a consistent high level of quality and lowering costs, making us one of the most competitive companies in the construction industry.
Joinery
Ardmore has two dedicated joinery workshops that are fully equipped with the most modern automated woodworking machinery including a computer controlled CNC router. Using this equipment in our state of the art facilities our skilled craftsmen are able to produce the high-class bespoke joinery work used on our projects. This includes reception areas, bars, hotel fit-outs, offices, retail refurbishments and high-class residential work.
Bathroom Pod Manufacture
Our large Millmarsh Lane factory, Enfield, is the home of our bathroom pod manufacturing facility as well as our architectural metalwork workshops. The bathrooms are constructed within a steel framework fabricated by our own welders. They are then fitted out with all plumbing, electrical works, sanitary ware and tiling to a high quality finished standard, ready for transport to site and final location and connection. Shown are partially completed pods and mock-ups that are used to show our clients the exact format and standard of the bathrooms to be produced.
Architectural Metalwork
Illustrated here is the architectural metalwork portion of our Millmarsh Lane factory, showing a large balcony in manufacture. The spacious workshops are equipped with the full range of metalworking machines allowing Ardmore to produce a wide variety of balconies, balustrades and similar items, using our dedicated teams of welders and metalworkers.
In-house Design Capability
The photograph shows our in-house design and print office where architectural metalwork and bespoke joinery is designed. The approach is integrated with design, manufacturing and management all on the same site. This ensures that the product reaches our construction sites in a timely manner.
