The Phoenix development residential mixed use scheme has provided some 92 superb apartments in and around a majestic roof garden. The Elizabethan Grade 1 listed shops to the North elevation were fully restored by our own in-house craftmen to a standard that took the Runneymeade Civic Pride Award for listed buildings. The scheme also includes a restaurant and 70 car parking spaces in a under croft car park.
The main building is an RC frame off piled foundations with lightweight metal framed walling encased in render and cladding material to provide a long life, low maintenance, thermally efficient facade solution. The bronze bust depicts Charles Fox, Foreign Secretary in the 1780's, actively involved in slavery abolition.
