Another of our Moran Hotel Group projects, the Moran Chiswick is a 122 bed scheme developed out of an original 1960s precast concrete office block fronting Chiswick High Road

The existing cladding system was fully refurbished and thermally improved together with new cladding sympathetically merged into the original facade to in-close the new administration and kitchen facilities.

The theme of the hotel is 1950s, which is displayed admirably by the entrance with its swaying palm trees leading into a stunning foyer. The joinery and fitments were all designed, manufactured and finished at our Enfield joinery complex to complement the 1950s mood.

The bed rooms of this four star hotel are sumptuous and above all quiet, utilising the highly acoustically attenuated glazing system. The whole of these fit out elements were manufactured and installed by our in-house trade's people.

The hotel was trading in just 56 weeks from commencement on site, which itself was only six weeks after property purchase.
