A spectacular development of 288 one, two and three bedroom apartments, leisure and retail space, and parking for 359 cars in a double basement car park.

This project was a landmark in the development of Ardmore Construction Limited as a main contractor, trusted with the construction of four high quality buildings 12 stories high in the form of a circle. The distinctive architecture was based on reinforced concrete frames, and included insulated rain screen rendered facades and curtain walling glazing. It was completed in 2004.
