The design and construction of three blocks of up to 6 storeys, providing 108 apartments behind an intricate bespoke facade. The project included the demolition of existing buildings on the site and excavation for the basement car park. The main buildings were based on a reinforced concrete structure, whilst 'key worker' housing for rent was provided within a timber frame.
