Fairclough Homes Northern Home Counties

The design and construction of three blocks comprising 178 one, two and three bed room apartments on a site already cleared to ground level, overlooking the river Thames. The blocks are of five and six storeys, comprising reinforced concrete frames, water tight enclosures, and semi-basement/ground level car parking for 119 cars. The foundations are piled.

The fitting out of these buildings was included, including external and ancillary works, access and landscaping.
