The project comprised the construction of three new multi-storey residential blocks of 6, 7 and 9 floors providing 102 apartments with 4 lower ground floor retail units. One of our most logistically challenging projects, the site was bonded by the A13 Commercial Road to the north and the Docklands Light Railway to the south. Part of the site was founded on an old dock, the surface of which had to be stabilised prior to piling.
