The second four star Novotel hotel that we have constructed for Accor, Greenwich comprises 151 rooms over 5 stories with a bar, restaurant, leisure facilities and car parking for 52 vehicles.
The site was logistically challenging, situated next to Greenwich DLR and mainline station, with a 3 meter diameter culvert running across the centre of the site at shallow depth. Careful construction and liaison with all parties involved enabled us to solve these problems in a timely manner.
