Westbourne Grove

Westbourne Grove Properties Limited

This high class residential project in west London involved the construction of 34 spacious and high quality apartments off foundations and a ground floor slab built by another contractor. The concrete frame new build was between four and six storeys high, and included the retention of an existing facade and the renovation of an existing listed building.

Included in the scheme were two live/work units and four affordable housing units, construction of internal walls to retail units, and external landscaping and parking areas. Period sash windows were faithfully reproduced by our in-house joinery workshop. Overall this was a 12 month programme to produce some of the finest new apartments in Westbourne Grove.
