We have an ongoing requirement for secretarial and administrative staff at head office and on site. Construction industry experience is beneficial but not required as training will be given.

Craft Apprentices

We require carpenter, plumber and electrician apprentices. In return for energy and enthusiasm we will provide a formal training agreement including day release at a local college and good practical experience.

These positions are open to young people who are at least 16 years old who can demonstrate a real desire to work in the construction industry.

School leavers

If you are a School leaver who can offer an above average academic achievement and are not going to university, then there may be a position for you with Ardmore learning one of the above professions. We are able to sponsor you through college level education on a day release or block release basis.

Graduates

We require graduates of any discipline who are keen to work in the construction industry and develop a career in any of the above professions.

Undergraduate Sponsorships

We provide Civil Engineering undergraduate training agreements in association with the Institution of Civil Engineers. Undergraduates gain valuable construction experience and mentoring during the summer vacations and a prospect of a permanent position upon successful completion of their degrees and satisfactory work with Ardmore
